This was a great hotel at a good price. We stayed here with our son before dropping him off at Carleton College the next day. The King suite had a separate bedroom and a comfortable sofa bed that our son appreciated. The kitchen was well equipped, and the suite felt roomy, The cost was half the price of hotels in Northfield, and only a short 20 minute drive away from Carleton. We found a wonderful restaurant in downtown Faribault for a goodbye dinner with our son. We will definitely stay here on future visits.

The room was very spacious, full kitchen, separate bedroom with a door for privacy, comfy pillows, etc. The bfast in the morning was great, very clean, sticked, organized, a menu, not crowded. The outside is amazing. A bball hoop, playground area with a little put put golf pad. The pool is big, hit tub, even a splash pad! There is an arcade room next to it. Beach balls, nice and clean. The staff was great, no issues.

Breakfast was hearty and plentiful, with a good variety of fruit, yogurt, juices and even organic coffee! Not even the coffee shop we went to had organic coffee, but this hotel has organic coffee available all day, amazing. Plentiful free parking, large rooms with spacious refrigerators and very helpful staff. The computer downstairs was helpful to find Christmas church services in the area, since I did not bring a mobile phone.

The suite was spacious and clean. Nice to have a kitchenette although with our short stay all we used was the refrigerator for bottled water and tea. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was good - hot options both days along with waffles, fruit, pastries, variety of bread for toast, cereals and yogurts.

The pool was very nice and the kid amenities including the shallow heated pool and outside play set in a fenced in courtyard were great for our family. The staff was very friendly and the suite we stayed in had all the amenities we needed and was in good shape.
